Food Ministry

At MRIDMI  Food Service Ministry, our purpose is to use the vehicle of food to feed the Kingdom by providing excellence in quality and service to all we serve, to demonstrate Christian service according to — " 23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; 24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:2324

 " — and to encourage our team members and volunteers to full devotion to Christ through a food ministry.

 

Clothing Ministry

​

We take in clothing donated by the church, other churches, community, and other charitable sources. And we give it away, absolutely free. That is the best part, which sometimes amazes those in need. The founding pastor of this congregation, Dr. Dorinda Dean and a member of  MRIDMI keeps the Clothes Closet going.  Giving out free clothes reminds us of God’s grace and the Bible passage in Matthew 10:8: “Freely you have received, freely give.”
